  • IN License
  • Minimum 3 years ENDO experience
  • Must have recent Pediatric experience within last 2 years
  • Must have Bronchoscopy within last 2 years
  • Must have Cerner experience within last 2 years
  • Upper & Lower GI, Bronchoscopy required
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
