Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Policy Operations Manager to
lead project teams providing operations and policy support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead small to medium-sized project teams and ensure quality and
consistency of deliverables
Conduct literature reviews and compile client-ready documents,
including options papers and data analyses
Manage client relationships and anticipate project needs and
risks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in health administration, MPP, MBA, or MPA with a
health-related focus, or a PhD with relevant experience
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or 3 years with a PhD
Demonstrated experience in project management and leading project
teams
Knowledge of health care policy topics, such as the Affordable Care
Act and health insurance Exchanges
Experience in business development proposal and client report
preparation
