IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a Supplemental
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational
Health team at Evonik Corporation in Lafayette, IN! Position
Details:
- Supplemental/PRN
- Days worked are TBD based on hire (4 hours per week)
- No call
- 100% outpatient
- Highly autonomous role
- Manufacturing facility with primarily occupational health
volume
- Work closely with work comp cases, under IUH guidelines
- Basic injury care (minor suturing) and physicals
Qualifications:
- FNP or PA certification required
- If new graduate, occupational health or ER experience
required
- 3-5 years of provider experience preferredCompensation Details:
