Job Description:

• Certification Details
• Influenza Vaccine, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) documentation required.
• Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
• Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation needed.
  • Job Details
  • RN CVICU able to care for both cardiac medical ICU patients and cardiothoracic/vascular surgery ICU patients.
  • Required to be competent in NxStage and Impella.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS and ACLS Certification required and must be from the American Heart Association.
    • Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
    • Pharmacology 1,2 exam required.
    • Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical only; Required annually in specialty.
    • Ascension Specialty Exam completion required.
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Ascension Unit Specific Checklist to be completed.
        • Additional Details
        • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
        • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
        • Flu vaccine required starting Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers, updated every year.
