We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse RN to
join our team. This full-time, contract position offers a unique
opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare

**Salary and Benefits:**
Our competitive salary package includes an estimated $120,000 per
year, paid bi-weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive

**Job Description:**
As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing
high-quality patient care and collaborating with our
interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment
plans. You will work closely with patients, families, and
healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and excellent
patient outcomes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN
license, at least two years of experience in a hospital setting,
and proficiency in Telemetry, Neuro Experience, and Management of
Drips. You should also be proficient in Conscious Sedation and
Level 1 Trauma Experience.

**Floating and Unit Information:**
As a Travel Nurse RN, you may be expected to float to different
levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if
needed. You will work in a dynamic environment, providing care to
patients with a range of conditions, including CVAs, Hydrocephalus,
brain tumors and resections, seizures, and TBIs; shooting,
stabbings, MVCs, people falling over rugs etc. GI surgeries and
large wound cleaning and closures. With staffing ratios of 1:3-4,
you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent
patient care and outcomes.
**Call-Ins and Charge Coverage:**
As a Travel Nurse RN, you are expected to be flexible and adapt to
changing work requirements. You may be required to call-in for
shifts, and you should be prepared to make up the day during the
pay period if a 0.9 FTE. If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be
added to the end of the contract. You may also be required to take
on charge nurse responsibilities with provided training and
resources.
**Periop/OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt
from this rule:**
Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are allowed to
work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU,
Cath Lab RN, SDS. IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a
bill rate bump per hour.
