coverage as soon as possible. This opportunity is based out of
Indianapolis and is the ideal opportunity for a provider looking to

patient experience/outcome.Details/Requirements: Coverage: ASAP -
ongoing Can credential in 2-4 weeks Schedule: 8am-5pm,
Monday-Friday Patient volume: 14-16 patients per day Value based
