Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at US Renal Care. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients with kidney disease.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conducting vital sign checks and documenting patient information.
• Assisting with patient education and counseling on disease management and treatment options.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  
  Requirements
  
  To be successful in this role, you must have a current LVN license in the applicable state, CPR certification, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Previous dialysis experience is preferred, but not required. You must also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
