Job Description:

  • Certification Details
  • Must be AHA BLS
  • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
  • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer
  • If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine
  • Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in specific areas
  • Required annual Fit Test
  • Hepatitis B documentation
  • Influenza Vaccine required
  • Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire if applicable
  • Health Statement or physical exam
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
  • Varicella immunity required
  • Valid Tdap

    • This is an interventional rad tech position.
    • Full-Time IR Lab, weekend option schedule
      • Job Requirements
      • RT(R) ARRT Certification required
      • 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required.
      • Neuro IR experience preferred.
        • Schedule Information
        • Shift 7a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and 1 day during the week
        • No call required
