Job Description:
A company is looking for a UI/UX Human Centered Design
Specialist with a focus on SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to UX design strategy and documentation within the
SharePoint environment
Conduct user experience research and usability testing to gather
insights and improve designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user
experience in SharePoint
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five years
of experience in a user-focused production environment
Experience designing for SharePoint and familiarity with
user-centered design processes
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma or
Adobe XD
Experience in user research, usability studies, and creating user
personas and journey maps
Basic experience in UX analysis and conducting heuristic
evaluations
