Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processing Specialist 1 to join their
Integrated Customer Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process energy rebate requests accurately during first
interaction
Maintain accurate records in the database and validate data
following strict rules
Contribute to process improvements and meet Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications:
0-1 years of experience in data entry
Experience processing data and using Microsoft Office
applications
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage
multiple tasks
Flexibility to work varying hours, including split shifts as
needed
