assist clients in scheduling appointments and ensuring a seamless
client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage client appointments, ensuring continuity of
care
Verify insurance and payment information while maintaining HIPAA
compliance
Utilize CRM systems to manage data entry and client
communications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Two plus years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in
behavioral/mental health
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Private and noise-free work environment within the home
