and in -60+ countries.Job SummaryRoute Sales Representatives at
Golden Malted are the face of our brand, delivering delicious
waffle products directly to our valued customers. They are
responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring
timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service to
uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.Essential Duties
and Responsibilities Using a company vehicle, deliver products and
provide service support to customers on assigned route.Achieve
sales targets, generate leads for new business, and grow our client
base.Understand pricing & products to educate customers on primary
& promotional products.Treat customers with respect and courtesy to
develop a longstanding relationship.Introduce new product lines or
price changes to increase sales at each stop.Communicate territory
trends to management to protect and expand our customer
base.Accurately process customer transactions including payments,
invoices, and inventory.Provide waffle iron maintenance at customer
facilities in accordance with company policy.Adhere to company
established routing schedules.Work with customers to resolve any
complaints, escalating complex issues to management.Manage
inventory including proper rotation of product as well as
maintaining a clean andorganized warehouseComply with the Fleet
Safety Program, traffic laws and all Department of Transportation
and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations without
exception.Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and
maintenance.Position RequirementsRequired Experience/EducationHigh
School Diploma or GEDValid Drivers' LicenseDOT Certification
Required (minimum 21-years of age, pass DOT physical)Acceptable
driving, criminal and credit recordsRequired SkillsAbility to
operate a handheld device for processing ordersWell-spoken and
persuasive at making a sales pitchIndependent spirit and able to
work without direct supervisionAbility to meet deadlines and ensure
timely deliveriesEye for detail and ensure the quality of products
soldAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
