Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Intake Analyst to safeguard health system networks and ensure compliance with access policies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze intake trends and adjust workload proactively
Manage requests and tickets using systems like ServiceNow
Collaborate with IT and the Project Management Office for vendor onboarding and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or two years of experience in Identity Management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with request management and ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
ITIL foundations v3.0 certification preferred
