Billing Specialist
MUST have experience accounting and billings.
Must pass a background check.
Pay: Depends on Experience
Potential candidate will research project process, utilizing daily job report, to ensure timely invoicing. Must be able to work quickly and independently. Must be willing to learn the company's procedures in billing and be able to follow the procedures.
Responsibilities

• AIA Contract Billings
• Progress Billing
• Time and Materials Billing
• Filing
• Copying
• Soft Collections on Past Due
• Research on projects
• Payment/Invoice Resolutions
• Inter-company Billing-communicate with other offices and employees as needed for billings
• Using multiple construction management programs.Minimum Requirements
  • Previous billing experience in construction billings, or equivalent.
  • MUST be familiar with excel and all Office programs.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred.Advanced Excel Skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, reporting
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Willing to learn new billing procedures and adapt to these procedures.Job Type: Full-time
