Position Purpose: This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Associate at Advocate Financial Life & Health Brokerage LLC. The Growth Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, presenting products to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.

Physical Demands

Primarily sedentary role with occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
Frequent computer and office equipment use (e.g., phone, printer, copier).
Constant verbal, written, and phone communication to exchange information.
Regular in-person attendance, with the ability to distinguish colors and read close-up.
Frequent public speaking and occasional travel within the continental US, with brief exposure to outdoor weather.
Moderate background noise environment (keyboards, phones, talking).
